Each Mystery Box Gift is designed to be special and unique. We rarely create the same thing twice and love the variety we are able to achieve with these products. Please leave preference comments when placing your order and we will attempt to satisfy them to the best of our ability. However, not all personal requests can be guaranteed all the time-but, we will try! If you do not love your product, please reach out right away. We want to exceed your expectations for satisfaction and service!
MYSTERY BOX RETURNS
The return time frame for Mystery Boxes is *30 days. Returned Items must be unused for a full refund. Mystery Boxes must be returned with all the original contents. Missing items cause funds to be deducted from the value of the return. Mail return of defective items will be at our cost. Mail return of items with no problem or defect will be at the cost of the customer. If the customer is dissatisfied with an item that has been open/used it will qualify for exchange only. Again, we want a chance to exceed your expectations, so if you are unhappy for any reason please reach out ASAP so we can make it right!
BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK RETURNS
Blind Date With a Book Returns will only be accepted within *30 days of purchase if the book is brought back in new condition, free of bends, folds and other signs of use. The items included in the book bundle must be returned at the same time. Missing items will be deducted from the value of the return. Mail return of items with no problem or defect will be at the cost of the customer. Please reach out with questions or concerns.
